When Dylan told us he was planning to run the Mozart 100k in Salzburg, Austria, we knew we had a rare and exciting opportunity to take advantage of: getting two of our top Trail athletes together from different cultures and backgrounds to make some BOA® magic happen in the backyard of our Mondsee, AT office.

Race week arrived, and BOA® Trail Athlete Philipp Ausserhofer drove up from Tyrol, AT to be Dylan’s tour guide for a few days leading up to the race. The two athletes recorded a podcast, ran the most scenic trails in Austria, and even set aside some time for photoshoots and product discussions. All while Philipp, the 2021 Mozart 100 champion, was sure to give Dylan tips and insights for the race.
